Originally from Macon, Georgia, Monica Davis graduated from the University of Georgia in 1988. After working in sales and marketing for 10 years, Monica joined Lottie Woodward in the real estate business and formed the Woodward Davis Team. With over 30 successful years of listing and selling real estate on Hilton Head Island, the Woodward Davis Team founded Carolina Realty Group in 2004 which offered clients a unique "boutique" real estate company and quickly became one of the premier brokerage firms on Hilton Head Island with just 8 agents! Carolina Realty Group expanded to two offices with almost 20 agents in 2009 and continued to be one of the top 5 companies on the island while competing with companies with over 100 agents.
